I found a recommendation for Tagscanner on a forum because I wanted to extract mp3 songs from a certain mp3 player you probably know which one, you have to enable hidden folders then you can find the music but the problem was the file names didn’t make sense but I had a hunch that the ID3 tags were still intact, so wondered how the information could be extracted.

This application solved my problem and now I can change the filenames of my mp3 tracks to match the id3 information in varying order with these placeholders that you click on:
